Road Flex Process Servers™ (RFPS) is a division of Road Flex Courier, LLC. We are dedicated to offering service of process when you require delivery for legal documents, court summons, notices, child custody papers, or other legal paperwork throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Long Island, NY. To comply with the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs, we cannot serve in the five boroughs of NYC until further notice. The service of process fee is based on per person/per address given by the client. Service of Process is not Guaranteed.

Additionally, we are not attorneys licensed to practice law in New York State and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Road Flex Courier, LLC limits its liability to a maximum of $250.00 per invoice, whether or not such damages result from negligence unless otherwise negotiated in writing. We reserve the right to reject and cancel any process service job requests at any time at our discretion.

Road Flex Courier, LLC, its agents, subcontractors or employees. Under no circumstances shall Road Flex Courier, LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of income, regardless of the amount, cause, or foreseeability. Suppose Road Flex Courier, LLC needs to perform the instructions promptly. In that case, Road Flex Courier, LLC's responsibility shall be limited to correcting any defect in performance or redoing the assignment. Road Flex Courier, LLC's liability for any direct economic damage incurred as a result of any breach, failure, act, or omission of Road Flex Courier, LLC, its subcontractors, employees, or agents in connection with services performed shall not exceed greater of (1) elimination or reimbursement of that portion of any Road Flex Courier, LLC charges of the services improperly or not performed or (2) $250.00 per invoice, whether or not such damages resulting from the negligence of Any waiver of this limitation by Road Flex Courier, LLC at any time concerning any claim shall not constitute a waiver of such limitation at any other or concerning any other asserted claim.

Road Flex Courier, LLC is not a 'consumer reporting agency' under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and does not provide 'consumer reports' under the FCRA. Please understand and agree that there is no guarantee that the people's search will result in any information. When you pay for a basic skip trace search, we will conduct a thorough search to locate a current address for a person, but results are not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to locate an address using your provided information. Still, there may be times when a person cannot be located due to various reasons out of our control. Any additional information located (i.e. phone number, work address, email address, vehicle information, bank account information) is considered outside the scope of a basic skip trace search and an additional charge will apply if requested by you. Please be aware that the information obtained may only sometimes be accurate and up to date as we do not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or the amount of information provided through our service. The availability and accuracy of information is largely dependent on various public sources from which the information is aggregated.

Road Flex Courier, LLC expressly prohibits the use of information you obtain from search results (a) to discriminate against any consumer; (b) to consider a consumer's eligibility for personal credit or insurance, employment, housing, or a government license or benefit; or (c) otherwise to affect a consumer's economic or financial status or standing. By using our service, you agree to comply with the conditions outlined in our terms of service. Information obtained through our service is not to be used for unlawful purposes such as stalking or harassing others or investigating public officials or celebrities. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal litigation and penalties.
